Why kitchens in Yelahanka need a local build
Yelahanka's older sector homes were built with generous but awkward kitchen footprints — deep counters, high windows, and a utility balcony placed behind the cooking zone. Rather than forcing a showroom layout into that shape, we plan around the existing plumbing stack and daylight, usually with a parallel or L-shaped run and a tall unit bank on the blind wall. In the newer apartments off Bellary Road, the constraint is the opposite: fixed chimney ducting and a shallow platform. There we gain storage vertically, with lift-up wall units and a full-height pantry instead of widening the base run.

Site measurement
A measured survey of the existing platform, plumbing points, electrical outlets and window reveals. Usually booked within two working days for Yelahanka addresses.

Factory build
